By accessing or using the website, portal, and property services operated by One Group Management Ltd (trading as ONE GROUP MANAGEMENT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2Scope of Services
ONE GROUP MANAGEMENT operates as an accredited UK property management agency and PBSA residential provider, offering end-to-end asset management, luxury suites, student accommodations, and tenancy onboarding.
3User & Tenant Obligations
Users, tenants, and landlords must provide accurate, verified, and truthful information. Residents agree to abide by building safety regulations and tenancy guidelines.
4Bookings, Holding Deposits & Tenancies
Holding deposits comply with the UK Tenant Fees Act 2019. Security deposits are protected within a government-approved custodial scheme (DPS). Cancellations follow the executed Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement.
5Limitation of Liability
While we exercise full diligence, ONE GROUP MANAGEMENT shall not be held liable for indirect damages, unexpected municipal utility interruptions, or third-party transit changes outside our operational control.
6Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, with consumer redress via the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
